With all the various species of lawns available, we can help you choose which one is best suited to your needs. Climate, wear & tear and the amount of attention a lawn will need are important questions to ask before installing any type of grass.
Prep work - We pay particular attention to prep work-from the removal of an existing lawn loaded with weeds, removing rock and debris that will impede good growth, and enhancing the soil with our special amendment (a triple mix specifically for lawns). We are able to install anything from sod to seed to plugs, depending on the type of lawn or style you desire--we take all your landscaping requests seriously.
Plantings
Specializing in the installation of everything from large trees to simple ground cover, we can meet any requirement. Using the latest planting guides and information for soil enhancement, we insure that all plantings will establish themselves and be secure for long-term growth.
Trees - Where there are trees, the air is purer and less dusty. They are a thing of beauty, offering cool shade from the summer sun--a place to rest from play or work. They also provide leaf cloisters for bird watching and a way to witness the seasonal changes before your eyes--from the green of summer to the red and gold of Autumn. We can answer your questions as to what would work best for you.
Ground Cover - A simple ground cover can protect soil from erosion and water loss, and is extremely beneficial on steep slopes. During the summer months, with the proper ground cover, the soil is kept cooler and can greatly reduce the workload of weeding. During the winter months, the soil will retain more warmth and can be very attractive. We can offer you what will best suit your needs.
